Covid-19 and Industry 4.0 Impact on Education
The changes that COVID-19 has caused are here to stay. Changes in the way we learn and work have accelerated the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Education, as we know, is outdated. Education focused on IQ, memorization, and standardization is behind us. It is crucial to prepare students for jobs that haven’t been created yet and to become inventors and entrepreneurs. We need to refocus and reflect on what we need to learn, how we learn, which skills and competencies will be essential, and our roles in this new normal.
